This is a work at home position with a company called icopywrite. This will require a PC and a high-speed Internet connection, and also experience in customer service via online chat and phone.
Basically, this online customer service position will involve:
chatting with customers via live chat
managing online knowledge base and FAQ
processing orders
running reports
account management
