VIPdesk has long been known as a provider of work at home jobs for people wanting to work from their own home office. VIPdesk is looking for high-energy, customer-focused professionals to assist and respond to customer/client requests for information via phone, email, and chat. The Home-based Concierge fulfills requests through a variety of resources (Internet, team member or personal experience, partners, VIPdesk resources, etc.), and communicates in a prompt and concise manner.
Applicants must have flexible schedules; weekend and holiday work, is required. Fluency in one of the following languages is a plus: French, German, Spanish or Italian.
- Concierge positions are available for the following locations: Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Ontario, Canada.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Some college required. Degree preferred but not required.
