WAH: Customer Service Jobs With Sitel


Customer Service jobs are available with Sitel’s Work at Home division.  As a customer service agent, you will work from home, answering calls from customers that are routed to your home office. Calls may involve billing inquiries, account or product inquiries, product or service orders, installation scheduling or technical product trouble shooting.

Home Office Requirements:
  • A computer (configuration requirements listed on website.)
  • High speed internet (DSL or Cable.)
  • Home office free from noise, distractions and interruptions during your shift.
  • Telephone - analog or digital land line (strictly for work use during your shift.)

About the Job:
  • You will be hired as an employee of the company, not as an independent contractor.
  • New customer service reps will receive paid training from home.
