Work at Home: Customer Service Agents Wanted

Work from home customer service jobs are available with Better Works. Onsite training is required for the first two weeks (total of 20 hours) in Santa Monica California.

Pay is $13/hour.

Requirements include:

Prior Customer Support experience is preferred, however, if you do not have it, then they ask that you explain why you'd be awesome at it! Agents will connect with customers via phone, chat and email.

Prior experience with Salesforce and Customer Support CMS are helpful, but not necessary.

Must be very comfortable learning new systems and working independently.

Must be very used to customer-facing roles.

Very detail oriented. 
A working computer and high speed Internet.

There are two shifts available- both are for working at home:
SHIFT # 1 Sat/Sun 7am-2pm
SHIFT #2 Sat/Sun 2pm-9pm
