WAH: Freelance Spanish Writers/Editors


Drop In Media is seeking part-time editors (about 10-15 hours per week) who can turn around quick yet informative stories (about 200 words each.)

You will get paid $20/per hour.

Job responsibilities will include monitoring news feeds for top Hispanic news, sports and celebrity gossip and then quickly writing short yet informative stories. You will be selecting and editing accompanying images using Photoshop or Gimp, and delivering the stories to subscribers via the company's web-based database.

Applicants should be college grads with demonstrated experience writing and editing in a publishing capacity, fluent in Spanish, including having a mastery in Spanish writing, reading and writing.

Preferred Qualities:

Some writing/reporting/editing experienceIntermediate computer proficiency: Photoshop, Gimp. text-editing software, web-based databases.

Ability to follow strict formatting requirements.
