Pay is per writing assignment completed.
They are looking for people that have experience writing, editing, and proofreading. Quality of content and turn-around is key - so apply only if you are disciplined and dependable and have strong work ethics.
Per the job posting - this can become a full-time job in less than 2 months if the quality of your content is good.
