Milkshake.com is a free daily email that features companies, causes, people, places and products which give back and make a difference. They are seeking a writer/editor for their kids section.
This is a work at home opportunity aimed towards an experienced mom blogger who is involved with social networking and has experience managing digital publishing.
Responsibilities
•Create and manage the editorial process for Milkshake KIDS. Stories go out 2 -3 times per week
-Shape content, strategy and editorial calendar –ideation, content sourcing
•Write 2 articles per week.
- find and discover all that’s on trend, is “good” in the KIDS space
- a witty and warm sense of humor similar in tone to the Milkshake voice
•Manage production process
-input copy and images to Mail Chimp and CMS system
-final proof responsibility including images, links, copy
