Qualified candidates should be knowledgeable in areas of pregnancy and parenting subjects, as well as have have strong interpersonal, written and communication skills and strong teamwork skills. A BA/BS degree is preferable but not required.
In this role, you will be mentoring group owners, handling first-level communication with users about a variety of topics, from releases and feature requests to abuse reports and disagreements in the community, performing daily maintenance and programming, participating in developing growth opportunities.
