This is a semi telecommute position with some traveling to boutiques and stores mixed in.

As a sales rep, duties would include:
Working with buyers of department stores and specialty boutiques to help increase sales
- Travelling to minor markets and booking wholesale appts with boutiques to increase sales
- Corresponding with buyers, boutiques, and retail customers via phone and email about their merchandise needs
- Cold calling to find and research new stores.
- Customer service with current customers
- invoicing wholesale orders
Requirements for the job include:
Must have sales experience and knowledge of fashion
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Phone skills are a must since cold calling new stores is necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a personable and friendly personality
- Previous admin experience is preferred as there is some invoicing involved.
