The Loop is a newer grassroots type of blog that has created a lot of buzz, and also maintains partnerships with with other established websites.
The Loop is looking for a freelance writer to join their team. They are looking for someone who can write informative, witty, lively and thoughtful articles on subjects such as money, politics, social issues and pop culture.
You should be able to write with an informed opinion , and be able to focus in on angles that mainstream media has not, especially ones that are important to their target audience of African Americans.
