RedVision is looking for experienced Title Examiners as part of their telecommute flex-staff. This position will be considered intermittent meaning scheduled hours will vary depending on the amount of work available. There is potential for this position to become full-time in the future.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Abstract and analyze deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages, easements, judgments, tax assessments, mineral reservations, and other applicable instruments.
2. Verify vesting and encumbrances to title.
3. Prepare commitments and title reports.
4. Review of files that may be too complicated to be completed by other departments.
5. Provide service to Red Vision customers.
6. Aid other departments with their workload if time permits.
7. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and levels of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.
**Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of title examining and abstracting experience in a high volume environment.
