Home Based Customer Service Agents

There is a work at home opportunity for home based customer service agents with a company called SCILive.

Responsibilities include helping customers by taking telephone and e-mail orders; providing accurate information and answering questions on related products and services. You should be ready to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Work at Home Agents can also set their own hours and schedules.

2 years of customer service within a call center environment preferred but not required,
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
