Liberty Mutual is accepting applications for work at home customer service jobs in the Tampa, Florida area. Once on site training is complete with proven proficiency, you will be able to work from home with flexible hours, ranging from 11:30 AM to 7:45 PM, with alternating Saturdays.
Some requirements for this telecommute position include:
High school degree plus a minimum of 1-3 years of insurance work experience and customer service experience preferred
Ability to write and speak in concise, accurate, and understandable terms when responding to policy holders
Good knowledge of claims procedures and the insurance industry preferred
Bi-lingual Spanish candidates preferred
Ability and desire to provide quality customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and influencing skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
