ACS, a Xerox company, is recruiting work at home bilingual call center representatives. They will provide all equipment needed to work from home, but training for this position may be done on site in Schaumburg.
Rate of pay is $10/per hour.
Responsibilities will include~
Taking inbound calls and responding to inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
Inform customers of services available and assess customer needs
Making outbound calls to health isurance members
