Call Center X offers home-based customer service positions.
6 months call center experience or other relevant sales experience
Computer literate, ability to multitask and use up to 5 different windows at once
Experienced in using the internet for downloading, email, sending files, and instant messaging
Ability to trouble shoot and fix minor computer problems
Strong typing ability and general ability to navigate the computer

All agents receive full training and continued support from team leaders and coaches.
Remote agents will be able to choose to work 2, 4 or 6 hour shifts from their home office. Agents receive hourly pay (amount not provided) with opportunities for commission payments as well.
