Virtual Call Center Jobs With Cloud 10


Cloud 10 is accepting applications for work from home customer service agents. Responsibilities include receiving inbound calls from customers needing assistance with their account as well as handling tech support issues.

Virtual call center agents are actual employees versus an independent contractors, and as such you will receive an hourly wage, regardless of call volume. Cloud 10 offers an online paid training program, which is taught in a classroom setting that you will attend from your home.

You must be willing and able to work between 35 to 40 hours a week and be flexible with your shift availability. You must have prior customer service experience (customer service via telephone or sales experience is a plus). A quiet home office is also necessary where you will not have interruptions or distractions.
