Amazon Work-At-Home Recruiting Coordinator

Amazon is seeking a Home-Based Recruiting Coordinator. Please note that you must be a resident of one of the following states to apply: Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington (state) or West Virginia. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in any of these states, with a 'home base' at their Seattle, WA headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or another closely related field.
• 2+ years of experience with high volume, fast paced production staffing, to include recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, chat, and Internet.
• Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems (i.e. Taleo, iCims) and HRIS systems (i.e. PeopleSoft)
• Experience with pre-hire assessment testing
• Knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action data tracking requirements
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with process mapping and improvement
• Demonstrated ability to function independently and exercise sound judgment
