WAH: JustAnswer Community Moderator

JustAnswer is seeking a category moderator. This is a work from home position in which you will be providing online customer and community support. Applicants should have have two+ years experience providing customer service, administrative support, or similar function in an online environment.

Responsibilities of community managers include:
  • Responding to all customers whose questions do not have Expert replies within a set timeframe.
  • Process refunds and perform other limited account maintenance for customers.
  • Assist with site testing, data collection, and site updates as needed
  • Escalate customer and Expert concerns and policy violations through various reporting processes to appropriate support service
  • Maintain appropriate Expert levels and on board new Experts in partnership with Expert recruiting team.
  • Communicate category needs and concerns to product team.
