JustAnswer is seeking a category moderator. This is a work from home position in which you will be providing online customer and community support. Applicants should have have two+ years experience providing customer service, administrative support, or similar function in an online environment.
Responsibilities of community managers include:
- Responding to all customers whose questions do not have Expert replies within a set timeframe.
- Process refunds and perform other limited account maintenance for customers.
- Assist with site testing, data collection, and site updates as needed
- Escalate customer and Expert concerns and policy violations through various reporting processes to appropriate support service
- Maintain appropriate Expert levels and on board new Experts in partnership with Expert recruiting team.
- Communicate category needs and concerns to product team.
