About this Job:

Home-based job, work at your convenience
You will be paid $10/audio hour pay rate ( Audio hour means that you are paid for the amount of audio you transcribe and not for the actual time spent working on it. )
Short files, 6 minutes or less
2 hours TAT for each file
Promotion to Reviewer if performance is good
Monthly Bonus of $10 for every 3 hours completed
No obligations, no monthly commitments or withdrawal limits
They don't assign; instead you pick and choose the files to work on

For each file completed your account will be credited with the amount applicable (eg. $1 for a 6 minute file). The earnings can be withdrawn to your PayPal account anytime. (Note: You must have a PayPal account to be paid.)

There is no limit on the number of files you can submit each day. Since the files are always 6 minutes or shorter, you can select files whenever you have some free time to spare in between other tasks. You can also select the files any time during the day.

Online Transcriber Requirements:

Fast typing speed
Good comprehension of English
A Verified PayPal account (linked to a bank account or credit card)
Own computer and internet connection
Good quality headset
Either Firefox, Chrome or Safari web browser
Latest version of Adobe Flash Player for your web browser

How To Apply:

The first step is filling out their application.
Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed within one business day, and you will be notified by email if it is accepted or not. ( you can always apply again if your application is rejected the first time!)

Once your application is accepted, you will be placed on the waiting list for the next step of the application - taking the test.

When you receive the invite to take the test, you will log on and select a file to transcribe. Once you submit the file, it will be reviewed.

If you do not pass, you will have 10 chances to retake the test.

WAH: Leapforce Search Engine Evaluators


Leapforce Work at Home Search Engine Evaluators evaluate and improve search engine results for one of the world's largest internet search engine companies.

You will need to  take and pass a two-part qualification exam as part of the Leapforce application process. Part 1 of the exam contains 24 theory based questions. Part 2 of the exam contains 150 simulated evaluation tasks. Supplied study materials can be used during both parts of the exam.
