You will connect with customers via email and phone, taking orders, resolving order issues, confirming information, etc.
Equipment you will need for this job include:

High Speed Internet connection
Phone access (both landline and cellular)
Quiet workspace
Applicants should be very familiar with on-line sales platforms and speaking with people over the phone.
Knowledge of CS Cart platform, Ring Central and Desk helpful.
