WAH: U-Haul Hiring U-Box Agents

U-Haul is accepting applications for U-Box Agents. Working part-time from home, agents will receive calls from customers inquiring about U-Haul's portable storage units (U-Boxes.) You will answer general questions on U-Box/U-Haul Storage inquiries, U-Haul trucks, trailers, and towing devices.

Since these are part time openings, you can expect to work between 25-30 hours a week. Pay is $9.25 an hour.

You will need your own USB headset, as well as a PC or laptop. Other requirements include-

Basic keyboarding and computer skills
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Clear speaking voice
General knowledge of U.S. geography

If hired, you will receive paid training.

Customer Service From Home Opportunity

U-Haul is hiring customer service representatives to work from home. As a work from home member you will receive incoming calls from customers calling U-Haul's toll free 1-800-GO-UHAUL number. You will answer general equipment inquiries and secure reservations for U-Haul trucks, trailers, and towing devices. The Sales and Reservations department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. U-Haul offers flexible work hours, paid training, and part-time positions. Applicants should have good verbal skills, computer and internet knowledge, a clear speaking voice and general knowledge of United States geography. When working from home you must have a reliable cable or DSL broadband internet connection and you must purchase your own headset.

A note here--This position requires you to train the first 3 weeks at U-Haul's Central Phoenix location.
