Work at Home: Call Center Associates (Home-Based)

ACD Direct is hiring work from home call center associates. These are Independent Contractor positions, where you will be responsible for invoicing and paying taxes.

Payment is based on a per minute of talk time basis; You will set your hours and determine how often you work.

Requirements include:

Call center experience (preferably work at home) is a MUST.
A high quality computer with high speed internet service.
A dedicated phone line without Privacy Plus, etc.
Dedicated office with a door. No background noise allowed during phone calls.

Independent contractors will be required to complete training before taking calls.

You will also be expected to complete ongoing/recurrent training and to stay up to date on all resources that relate to your call types.
