Requirements are:

  • Call center experience (preferably work at home) is a MUST.
  • We require a high quality computer with high speed internet service.
  • You must have a dedicated phone line without Privacy Plus, etc.
  • Your work space must be a dedicated office with a door.
  • We have zero tolerance for background noises during calls.
  • Your status will be an independent contractor.
  • You invoice us, we pay you and you are responsible for your tax obligation.
  • You will be required to complete all initial training before taking calls.
  • You are expected to complete ongoing/recurrent training.
  • You must remain up to date on all resources that relate to your call types.

Work At Home Customer service


Happy Monday! Here is a work at home opportunity in customer service. Working with Cloud 10.com, you would be assisting customers using your high speed Internet, email, telephone and web chat to provide information about products, take orders and solve problems.

Home Based customer service agents receive online training that is self-paced in order to become certified agent. Once certified, you are assigned to a client account and receive specified training, information and coaching so you can handle customer transactions.

Cloud 10 work at home customer service representatives are paid every two weeks through direct bank deposit. Pay rates may differ for each project.

VIP Desk Financial Serices Representatives


VIP Desk is currently accepting resumes for their training classes that start in June 2009 and go thru Sept. 2009.

"Financial Services Representatives work in a fast-paced, home-based call center environment and serve as the telephone liaison for inbound calls from VIPdesk's client's customers. They provide high-quality customer service by handling inbound customer calls inquiring about their credit card accounts and by offering additional assistance and services that enhance their overall experience. Successful Financial Services Representatives are enthusiastic and have a passion for customer service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills."
Part-time Financial Services Representatives will be required to work a minimum of 16 hours per week, not to exceed 34 hours, with an average of 28-30 hours a week. Monday, Weekend, and holiday work is required.
