WAH Job: NEW Customer Service Agents

NEW Corporation is hiring work at home customer service agents for the DIRECTV program. CSR's  receive inbound calls from customers, and will be expected to handle customer issues and questions satisfactorily. Requirements include:


  • Minimum of 1 year of continuous and verifiable employment.
  • Minimum 6+ months of recent and continuous customer service, retail, or call center experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 30 wpm. 
  • Must be flexible to work shifts as required (evenings, weekends, and holidays). 
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. 
  • Ability to learn in an online training environment and adapt to changing work requirements. 
  • Must be able to attend all scheduled training classes during the 6 week training period. 
  • Must meet minimum equipment/connectivity requirements upon hire and throughout duration of employment. Must provide distraction-free and secure home office environment.
