Freelance Writer/Researcher For Academia.com


This is a work from home Independent Contractor opportunity for researching and writing model term papers.

Work is compensated on a per page basis -- $12 to $20 per page (double-spacing, 12-point font). According to the listing, writers typically earn anywhere between $300 to $3,000 every two weeks, depending on workload and experience.

Writers will need to be able to meet strict deadlines and create excellent work, but you have complete flexibility as to where you work, and how much. You can choose to do one paper a week, or several.

Requirements:

Be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university with a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.3 in your major (all majors welcomed), or

Have a bachelor's degree in any academic field with a minimum GPA of 3.5 from an accredited university, or

Have a master's degree or Ph.D. in any academic field from an accredited university

You should also have--

Have access to your own researching tools (e.g. the internet and a library), and
Have access to Microsoft Word 2003 or a newer version.

Work At Home As A Researcher


Off The Record Research LLC (“OTR”) is a Registered Investment Adviser with the State of California.

They provide research reports to clients to help them in their financial decision making process.

Research reporters for Off The Record need to have 3-5 years' experience reporting on a specific industry area (Telecommunications, Enterprise Technology, Retail, Health care, Consumer Products or Heavy Industry). Potential reporters need to be familiar with industry terminology and can effectively interview industry specialists. Applicants must be capable of developing sources through extensive cold-calling, be self-starters and work well independently. Strong interviewing, writing and critical thinking skills are a must. Relevant educational and technical background preferred.
