Online Tutoring Work at Home Opportunity



This is an online work at home job with American English Services for teaching English to children living in South Korea.

The hours you would be working are 1am EST thru 4am EST - Monday thru Friday
The children you ould be tutoring are ages 10-16.

The pay is $13-$16/hour.

This is a work from home, contract position. English MUST be your first language. You must speak well without an obvious accent. You will need some typing skills in order to type while teaching. You must be reliable, educated, and motivated. You must be able to engage your students in conversation. Curriculum is provided. Training is provided.

You will need to provide your own webcam and headset with microphone. You must have an updated computer with either Windows XP or higher or a recent Mac OS. You will also need to provide a high speed internet connection either through a cable modem or a DSL line.

And to be considered, you need to have a Bachelor's Degree, plus one of the following:

1. Certified Teaching Certificate for any state in any subject
2. Any ESL Certifications
3. Previous experience teaching English

Start A Work At Home Career as an Interpreter


If you are bilingual, you might want to check out the website, Language Line. This company hires work at home Interpreters and may be accepting applications in your area.

To be considered for their work at home Interpretation positions, you need to have

A quiet and professional environment during work periods.

A dedicated phone line. The telephone must be a corded traditional telephone. No cordless, speakerphones, cellular/wireless or VoIP (e.g. Skype, Vonage). This line would be for incoming calls only and without extra services (i.e. call waiting, call forwarding). You will be reimbursed for the installation of the phone line, if necessary, and also for the monthly service charge.

A headset phone or corded headset with a noise canceling microphone and a mute button. The headset must be corded and plug into a corded telephone to allow you to work hands-free. You will be reimbursed for the headset phone or headset that you purchase.
