Home Based Customer Service Opportunity

This position requires professional customer service skills including a minimum of inbound telephone customer service experience in a busy contact center, plus:
Excellent communication skills
Stable job history and proven ability to work independently
Good data entry and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work one of the following 8 hour per day work schedules: M-F, 9 to 6 plus Saturday or a later schedule (such as noon to 9 p.m.) Monday through Friday
Ability to attend paid training at a facility in the Austin area, M-F 9 to 6, for approximately 6 weeks
Personal or laptop computer, phone line (inbound local calling only - no long distance required), high speed internet access, and private work setting -- all available to be used during work hours
