Work From Home As a Customer Service Representative

This work from home job does require training at one of several locations, but after training is complete you can work from your home office. Also, you will need to find out if there are work from home opportunities available in your area.

The company is Sitel, and basically Sitel works with large companies to support their inbound agent assisted client interactions. As a Customer Service Representative, you would deal with customer service inquiries or product technical support for some of the world’s best known brand names.

Sitel offers
* Paid professional training
* Paid vacation time
* Medical & dental benefits
* 401 (K)
* Employee discounts with Sitel's many major brand name partners including consumer electronics companies, PC manufacturers, satellite service providers, and mobile communications companies.

Sitel pays Sitel HomeShore Associate for every hour they perform services including training, time spent on a call, or time spent waiting for the next call. Pay rates vary depending on the skill sets needed for each client.

There are no fees to apply for a Sitel HomeShore Associate position. Sitel HomeShore Associates do however supply their own equipment (PC, Phone and Broadband Internet service) to work from home. And the training Sitel provides is free.

Cutomer Service Work From Home Opportunity

I imagine this will have lots of applicants, but it's worth a try for anyone interested in working from home in customer support.

The company hiring is N.E.W, and they may sound familiar as I have posted about this company before. It looks like NEW is actively hiring again, and you may want to check them out.

As a customer care representative for N.E.W, you will answer customer calls from yout home, and help out with their questions, troubleshooting problems with their product and arranging service or replacement as needed.

I noticed that the company is offering online job fairs and meetings, and have some going on today as a matter of fact. If you do not get to join any meetings going on today, it looks like they will be offering them again August 1st.

There is an online application if you'd like to get started applying asap, with a note by the company that it will take approximately 30-40 minutes to complete the application and assessment tests.

Good Luck!
