Work at Home Customer Service Jobs With Cloud 10
Home-Based customer service jobs are available at Cloud 10, a virtual call center with its headquarters based in Denver, Colorado. Customer service agents are hired from across the United States to work from home answering in-bound customer service calls. Custom software allows calls to be routed directly to the agent’s home computer via the internet.
Agents are paid by the hour based on when they sign in and become available to take calls (in accordance with scheduled hours)
Agents work the same set schedule each week versus bidding for work or signing in daily to see if hours are available (schedules can vary depending on hours of operation and client requirements, and may include nights, weekends or holidays).
These are Work From Home Employee positions versus Independent Contractor positions.
Once hired, most employees will work 5 days per week, between 32 to 38 hours each week on a set schedule. Paid training is provided to new employees as well.

Freelance Writers Wanted For New Magazine

Commuters' Digest is a new magazine that will be launching in May. And they need Freelance Writers!
The magazine's goal is to provide provocative, thoughtful content for the diverse commuter community. The magazine will be distributed at first on commuter buses in Northern New Jersey, and will eventually expand to include buses and trains throughout the Tri-State Area.
Commuters' Digest will be publishing articles on many different topics that will grab people's attention, such as pieces on health, fitness, travel, politics, relationships, profiles, music, subcultures, the bizarre, celebrities, and home and garden. General story length will be between 500 and 600 words.
Commuters' Digest will feature pieces in Spanish and English, so bilingual writers are welcome and encouraged. They do ask, however, that all submitted proposals and story pitches be in English. They will respond to all pitches within three to six weeks.
Pay will be $50 for features, sliding scale for recipes, interviews work-out tips, sidebars or lists.

They need a full time Customer Service Person who is Internet savvy, has previous customer-centric retail experience and who is experienced working with online tools. This position will require working from Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific Time (in a 5 - 8 hour shift).

Work From Home Reviewing Blog Content

This sounds like a pretty cool work at home job. A technology website, Blorge, needs content reviewers to basically review posts across their network and make corrections if necessary.
They estimate that you would be reviewing about 8-12 posts a day. Each post is generally about 300 - 400 words. Blorge states that most posts are well written, so reviewers will probably make few corrections.
Payment is on a per post basis, and according to Blorge, will work out to about $400 a month.
You should have the following if you apply:
Enough free time to spend up to an hour a day reviewing posts
A high level of written English and a good grasp of grammar
An interest in technology
Preparedness to work as part of a team
An openness to learning
A working knowledge of WordPress would also be an advantage, but is not essential.
